My Pitch —
My assignment is to design an email with any asset- “no guardrails” and explain my thought process. I’m going to use this opportunity to highlight some of the skills I can bring to this campaign: art direction, photography, photo editing, graphic design, and marketing.
The email would be part of a larger campaign envisioning the introduction of limited edition arrangements each season.
* Playing to Farm Girl’s love of pop culture and music I’m using inspiration from Orville Pecks’ song “Queen of the Rodeo” and Lady Gaga’s “Born the Way”
* Generate Buzz and Excitement: Generate anticipation and excitement, creating buzz around the product launch.
*Create Exclusivity: Build a sense of exclusivity and uniqueness making customers feel privileged to own it.
* Drive Sales: Increase sales by leveraging the scarcity of the product, encouraging a sense of urgency to purchase
* Brand Awareness: Enhance brand awareness by associating the limited edition product with the brand's image and values.
* Collect Customer Data: Collect valuable customer data, such as email addresses or preferences, for future marketing efforts.
* Customer Loyalty: Reward existing customers with early access, discounts, or exclusive perks related to the limited edition
* Social Media Exposure: Leverage social media platforms to maximize exposure
* PR and Media Coverage: Secure media coverage and positive reviews to amplify the product's visibility and desirability.
* Tell a Compelling Story: Craft a compelling story by highlighting its inspiration, and unique features that set it apart.
* Measure and Analyze Results: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the campaign, including sales figures, website traffic, and social media engagement.
* Encourage Pre-Orders: Encourage pre-orders to gauge demand and create a sense of anticipation.

Photo Edits —
-Basic image adjustments for color, contrast, etc
-Clean up background, flower edges
-Take blue tint out of whites
-Remove extra stems and leaves that are in the way

Email A
This slide shows two email blocks that would go together in the same email. I like to design emails in blocks so it’s easy to mix and match later to complete the email series.
We would want to have enough blocks to send out a couple new mixes each week -the total would depend on the length of the campaign.
